    it's liver cleansing time. Next wed I start the apple juice fast.

    Do you start and stop Atkins on a regular basis? I would think this would be really bad for your health. I don't mean to sound rude--just asking. :)

    No actually you should see the disguting stuff that comes out when you do a liver cleansing. It's quite an eye opener. Hell liver clensing could provide enough fodder for another forum. anyway I'm up to 100 peas.
