    Clemson's Oglesby giving up college game

    CLEMSON, S.C. Clemson guard Terrence Oglesby says he's giving up his final two seasons of eligibility to play professionally in Europe.

    Oglesby started 31 games on last season's NCAA tournament team. He averaged 13.2 points and made a team-leading 92 3-pointers, but may be better remembered for his flagrant elbow and ejection in the Tigers' opening-round NCAA tournament loss to Michigan.

    The sophomore has dual citizenship in the United States and Norway, where he was born and his father played basketball.

    Clemson coach Oliver Purnell said in a statement Wednesday that he was disappointed with Oglesby's decision but wished him well in the career.

    Purnell is probably thinking of this line "addition by subtraction". From the look on his face at times during the season he looked like he was ready to run out on the court and strangle the guy after some of those 3's he jacked up.
