    SMS is for lazy IT guys that probably went through some MCSE boot camp and would have no idea what they were doing if MS didnt plop it right in front of their face.

    Active Directory and group policy, mostly.

    Everything else can be scripted.

    But to be fair, be more specific when you say "keeping up..."

    AD and group policy is already used, but SMS makes for an easier inventory system, easier remote access, and easier deployment than scripting. It makes no sense to edit scripts (which there are already mulitples for different departments) just to deploy a font.

    I'm restless as hell Tim. Its driving me nuts. I'm close to f'n pacing around the house. I feel like shit. I'm sweating. Its aggrivating me. I'd actually rather be there.

    Jeebus y'all look for complicated solutions.

    Copy the font from the Windows font directory, email it to everyone who needs it, tell them to copy it into the Windows font directory.

    Problem solved.

    Or you could write a batch file that will map a drive to the administrative share and will then copy the file to the font directory.
