Any from the Chapel Hill area remember a band called June that was big there around '95-'96? Every few years I find their CD in my collection and am amazed again at how good they were. I picked up a few used copies of their only CD to spread to friends, but I have a hard time describing them because they don't sound like anyone else I've ever heard.

Kat Cook was the lead singer, John Price on lead guitar, Tricia Tuttle on rhythm, and John Howie from Finger and Two Dollar Pistols on drums. Other than Cook, who now leads an L.A. combo called Cuculoris, I have no idea where the rest of them wound up.
