    I read somewhere that the safety they picked with their #2 was like 70 on Kiper's list.

    The safety, Mitchell, was #225 on Pat Kirwan's list, and didn't even make Gil Brandt's ranking.

    The Raiders are in very rare form. Good God, what a CF. It's like a train wreck -- you can't not watch it happen.

    What they really need to do is start adding players who can actually play, instead of guys who can run fast. They are, easily, the dumbest franchise in the league. There's not even a close second.

    It sucks, because I like Tom Cable.

    Did you see those idiots on ESPN trying to defend Al Davis? How he loves football and you have to respect his philosophy of getting speed first. All of em' were talking out of their ass except for maybe Gruden who said he was sure of one thing. Al could care less about what anybody says.

    I wonder if the Safety they "reached" on will get the appropriate money for the slot and if not, if the agent will be excommunicated as a result.

    Best part is all the Raiders have to do is look across the Bay at the WR they should have taken
