    i am strictly a charcoal man when it comes to grilling and here is my new baby, The Char-Griller. you can smoke whole turkeys or hams inside this thing but i'll mostly be doing the standard chicken/steaks/burgers. i had to season the cast iron grates (which i did sunday while the tarheels were getting their asses kicked.) fixed me some chicken breasts marinated in italian dressing tonight and everything went fine. i must now retire the old sunbeam kettle grill that ive had for years.

    weber kettle charcoal grill and a weber gas grill. Charcoal my choice too but cant beat convenience of gas, especially during the week.

    I had that exact one. It kicks ass. However I fucked up and put too much Fresh Market's hardwood charcoal in it and it got waaayyyy too hot. Pealed the protective coating on the bottom.
