    But KC didn't already have a DeShaun Foster waiting in the wings. The thing that bothers me is that, a year ago, most people agreed that Foster was the "back of the future". IMO, a collarbone injury shouldn't alter that plan. The guy still has all the tools to be a great RB.

    With that said, I'll be suprised if we draft a RB in any round. Just don't see the upside to doing so.

    I'm one of them Foster supporters. But I don't see the harm in us taking a guy on the second day, if we like one that much. Hell, if we really like one THAT much, take him anytime. How many did we go through last year?

    None of us are questioning Foster, we're wondering if Davis can come back.

    Like Thelt said, we're in a lose-lose situation with Foster. If he has a breakout year, we might not be able to afford him, and if he gets hurt again, it's Tshimanga Foster all over again.

    I hope he has a breakout year, we'll cross the salary bridge when we get there.
