Here's the freakin' answer to our problems:

Colts | Johnson Gone - posted at KFFL (http://nfl.kffl.com)
14:08 PT: The Ap reports the Indianapolis Colts have released veteran DT Ellis Johnson. His release came following his request to be cut or traded because he wasn't satisfied with what was going to be his role in the Colts defense this season. He has also been told he can return if he does not land with another team.

This guy is a top starter on anyone's roster. Now we gotta hope Houston passes, and our front office makes the smart decision.

i'm w/ you all. however, i'm not sure we need to pick this guy up in order to get rid of gilbert. i think buckner and jenkins have shown that they can get the job done and even though he hasn't done much yet, i think burton is an excellent backup to these guys.

in fact, the starting defense front seven has looked awesome

    >> fuck Burton..biggest prick Ive ever met

never met him and ain' interested in fucking him but, yea, he has not been impressive. cut Gilbert and find a backup to Buckner and Jenkins, who have been, in fact, impressive

Can't blame Buckner and Jenkins for not putting points on the board. Not real sure how you can come to this when the 1st team defense didn't give up a touchdown until the third quarter last week. Even then, most of that feel on the secondary. I think these guys have more than got the job done.

Y'all right---they doing a hell of a job. It's possible that they may not even be scored on during the regular season.

Correct me if I am wrong but has any of the teams we played had all their starters in fiull gear?
I recall several key offensive lineman being missing on a few teams and a few running backs.
