    Was "Battle of the Planets" not called G-Force? I was just a little shit when these were on but I do remember them.

    Yep . . . . . I remember it was on in syndication 'back in the day' (late 70's) . . . . I noticed that when they started reairing them on CARTOON NETWORK, the redubbed the one who had a speech impedement (the kid wearing the yellow outfit) . . .STAR BLAZERS rocked also . . . . Man, what happened to good weekday afternoon cartoons :( ? They've all but disapeeared now (FOX doesn't have them anymore, not sure if WB still does them).

    'Battle of the Planets' was the name of the show. 'G-Force' was the name of the group of people on the show.

    STAR BLAZERS!!! whoa. my folks killed me whenever i got up early to watch. i would turn the volume all the way down, but somehow i always got caught. i even tried using an old tape deck with mic just to record the audio.

    but i had not clue what the show was about. now i must go look and relive my childhood.

    and battle of the planets rocked. yes, they changed it to g-force. in grade school, i woouldnt doodle. i'd draw the phoenix.
