If you Hurry, You'll catch the Fasani Highlight, game replay on now... his talents are more apt to win you a game than the other guys. Fasani, although inconsistent in college had some nice 4th quarter performances to do just that...

If I change the channel, my three year old will turn into Taz! I'll try to catch it later, but I don't doubt that Fasani played very well...but not against a first team NFL D.
It's got to be Weinke's job to lose, it's best for Fox that he go into the preseason with this decision made. Actually, it's good for Fasani as well, instead of feeling like he is competing for the starting job, Fasani can focus on learning the NFL game.
It wouldn't shock me if Fasani were bumped to #2 by mid-season...hell even by opening day? I just feel it's a wiser move to have the Vet as the #2 in this situation.

These things you say are "reality" I coming to grips with it. Just caught the half time interview with the Winkster filmed another day. I like his attitude. Well in the end, I think the majority of Panther fans are happy to see that if our starter goes down, we have a nice talent backing him up. I think after last night more people are comfortable with our #2 QB than they have been in years....

With Peete or Fasani, either way we have our best back-up since Beuerlein was the #2...Sorry, I couldn't resist!

Golly we sure are talking a lot about what a great job that #3 QB did last night. See what happens when you give a guy a chance?:D

Dut, dut, dut, dut, dut, (humming jaws theme :D) - Surprise, gotta agree with you - looking back, but then I never ever argued that Beuerlein was not a solid backup ;)

Point well taken, I guess I am just excited as shit that we actually had 2 QBs on our roster that came out of the gates in the first pre season game and did well!
