I'm with you mathmajors! Grew up in a family of State fans in Raleigh.

I went to UNCC, so no conflict of interest there.

Grandpa went to State and my uncle went to unc. They would bet on games where the loser would have to put the other team's window sticker in their car for a year. Ouch!

 

Frat cat from SPE on Clark Ave. Long time ago. Drank from one end of Hillsborough to the other. Did you ever hear about the student that put the volkswagen on top of the bell tower? They've yet to figure that one out. Old legends. I use to play bridge with Gabriel at the frat house. Great QB for the Pack. Duke was actually a football terror in those days. Oh well water over the dam, but I still love the pack.

 

Dang Catch, you must be about as old as my father-in-law - he was there when Gabe was there too. I have to root for State - love Duke, but...well, never mind.

Have taken classes there,
but was a Campbell graduate.

Almost everyone in my family who has gone to college, attended and/or graduated from NCSU. Dad, mother, sister (was one of the head chearleaders '82-'86), aunts, uncles, cousins...have two cousins attending there now.

Have many family members with season tix to Basketball and Football, so I get to have good tix when someone can't go, and help them with the cost.
