Let's see Roy is getting the #1 rated point guard a top prospect overall in the 2006 class, but Roy would cream to get the #5 rated point guard in the 2007 class, of which he has never recruited. Moron.

Yes, he would, and you are a fuckering dipshit if you think otherwise. Enjoy your one year PG though.

I'll wager you money that Lawson will be there more than one.

Who cares if he is? You seem to think that the difference between 1 and 5 in any given year is tremendous. It typically isn't, especially among the 5 star athletes. Hell, most of the rankings are based on nothing more than hunches. They aren't even in the same class and Smith is more of a combo guard. UNC has one ship to give. If he could I guarandamntee you Roy would covet a player of Smith's caliber. So, I am right and you are wrong. Please insert a quarter to play again.

Duke is quaking in their boots I tell you. Quaking. Duke has owned UNC with better recruiting classes and they have owned them with worse. Brain continuing to count his eggs is hi-fucking-larious though.

With just one to give, I am guessing he is going to wait a little later to decide what direction he needs to go in.

Yes, I think he would want a player of that caliber, but to say he would take Smith just because of that? He has enough at the PG, SG slots unless he were to lose Lawson after one year. It's not likely that a PG turns pro after one year, but it could happen.

I don't think he wants Smith because he doesn't need any more combo guards, he either wants a true PG or another Big Man.

If you are talking about a few years ago still, then yes you are correct. It wasn't that way last year.

At first I gave dook class a better ranking this year, but with the experience the UNC class is getting, it's a wash or slight advantage to UNC to this point.

Next years class, UNC is way out front on paper, but again that is on paper.

2007, dook will win that just by numbers alone.

Duke also gets a verbal from Taylor King... a 6-7 lefty from Mater Dei High School in California.I saw him play 3 games at the Beach Ball Classic in Myrtle Beach in late December. He had 35 points in the 1st game with Coach K,Roy Williams, and the coach from Villanova all at courtside.

Just another great catch for the Duke program.

Bobby Knight will pass the Dean in all time wins sometime early next season. As much as I hate to say it Coach K will pass them both before he is finished.
