Yep another loss by a team that can't do shit against us till the final minute. I just don't know how much I can take. Fasani and Henning suck shit. S. Smith ain't worth his weight in shit.

It's getting real bad when the die-hard Panther fans such as myself are becoming Panther-haters. What-d-ya think about that Mr. jerry?
How in the fuck can that keep happening to us? There is no god, quote me on that one please. He's fucking living the highlife with all the other rich bastard that bought their way into heaven.

Henning called a better game, overall, in that he did take a chance or two. They weren't smart chances, though, and in the end once we had a lead we were still putting Lamar's neck on the chopping block by diving him into a pile of nothing but Bucs, and doing it over and over again to the chagrin of booing fans.

In the first half we found ways to get guys open, for once, and it wasn't bad. The offense looked spirited for a little while, and the end result is that we were winning when Lamar Smith was able to run. You can't just muscle your way through 60 minutes of football - expecting that a few good runs will equal a few better runs by simply running again late is a good way to lose football games and take time off the clock you'd have liked to have had at the end. Gotta create, and the second half we did nothing of the sort.

Fasani's going to be way over a year away from competing for a starting job. He's nowhere near worth his buzz right now, but he's talented and one day we might pray that he can be an effective option for us. He did his damndest, and his damndest is worth not being cut.

Mags, you must be confusing the first half with the third quarter. That’s the only time we had any sembance of balance.

And even then, Fasani barely made easy throws into the flat. I’m worried that he does not have the vision to do anything other than throw deep or roll out. Agree that there’s no reason to cut him ATP. But I’m concerned.

It all blended together and I'm not on tape yet. Certainly wasn't talking first quarter, that's for damn sure.
Let's say this - after Fasani's first completion, before we went up by two FGs.

I feel you on the vision. He seems to see the field best when he's outside the pocket and his options are right in front of him - he can see short or deep - but basically he makes a lot of plays at the sideline and makes most plays when he can stand and look. I don't think he's reading defenses as much as just looking for open guys.

Remember what Draft said in Atlanta - Fasani was locking on to one guy. So not only was he looking right at a guy, he wasn't really seeing what other options he had available, unless you call running the second option and that's enough to make me ill.

I tell you this much - Lorentzen wouldn't have trouble seeing. Never has. Boller sometimes has trouble and they give him half the field. That's sometimes the case in college anyway, but a couple of guys, incl. TFY, have questioned his field vision. Same with Palmer.

Palmer impressed me last week. Throws in the pocket, all over the field. I think he has the vision. Smarts, maybe not. Bites off more than he can chew.

Boller seems smart but he has to think. Kingsbury seems instinctive but tends to make poor choices, as does Palmer.
I can't get a read on J-Lo because he doesn't seem to hesitate and he just seems very instinctive. Will he be that way in the pros? What happens when the read isn't there or someone tries to rush him along? So there's possibly a concern of smarts, but he doesn't make a ton of bad mistakes. Most of them are forces, rather than reads.
