Tried to go to Fox 18's web site. The site was down.????
If so- great, if not - a cruel hoax. Anyone listening to FNZ right now? I'm sure they would say something.

    THANK FOX AFFILIATES!

Kinda just goes to show you that not only does FOX cover NFL games better, have a better pregame show, and have better programming, but they take care of their viewers too!

I'm glad they stepped up to the plate for the Panther fans who can't be there, and the sponsors. Thanks Fox, always liked you much better than those CBS guys.

I'm gonna bs at the game tho, takin' a road trip there with my 10 yr old son. See ya there!

Panthers blackout lifted; Fox affiliates buy remaining tickets
    PAT YASINSKAS
    Staff Writer

Fox Network affiliates in the Carolinas bought the remaining tickets to Sunday's Carolina Panthers home game against the Detroit Lions, which means the game will be televised in their markets.

The Panthers had the first blackout in team history last Sunday, when they opened their season with a 10-7 victory over the Baltimore Ravens. About 3,900 tickets remained late Wednesday, and the deadline for selling them and lifting the blackout was 1 p.m. today. It's not clear how many tickets the TV stations bought.
