Who do you think the Carver is?

My wife says she thinks it is Sean. She may be right he was supposedly to be the last one to see Kimber. The previews have us leading toward the nurse. I really can't think of who it may be. Everytime I say it may be this person or that one I come up with a good reason why it is probably not. If I had to make a guess I would say it was...the Trans-sexual from the end of last seaon that Matt fell in love with or chick that is running the spa with Julia that has Aids. My wife may be right, but I would think that would make the show come to some kind of conclusion with nowhere to go. It is too popular of a show for them to canel, I would think.

 

They also have shown Quentin this week as a prime suspect of Kip, in the lineup, etc. Some of the little clips theyve been showing at the end of each show, the Carver seems to have some of the same speech traits as Quentin. Again, too obvious I guess.

that ending was too....Hannibal-ish. Didn't like it really. Still love the show tho. That episode had me squirming.

'Nip/Tuck' sets FX ratings record

LOS ANGELES, California (Hollywood Reporter) -- The third-season finale of "Nip/Tuck" carved out record ratings for FX on Tuesday.

The two-hour episode, which aired at 10 p.m., drew 5.7 million total viewers, making it the most-watched episode ever of any FX original series. The finale revealed the identity of the Carver, a masked serial slasher whose identity was under wraps the entire season.

"Nip/Tuck" also drew 3.9 million in the 18-49 demographic; no other cable series has generated that large an audience this year. The haul also enabled "Nip/Tuck" to rank as the No. 1 original cable series in the demo.

The episode also repeated strongly at midnight, bringing in a cumulative audience of 7.3 million on the night.

Despite switching its scheduled run from the summer -- where it spent the past two seasons -- to the more competitive fall period, "Nip/Tuck" managed to best its season averages in total viewers (3.9 million) and 18-49 (2.7 million) by 100,000 viewers in both categories over last year.

Christian is HOT! Who was the slasher? What happened to Kimber?

Kimber had all of her plastic surguries undone by the Carver. Christian hooked her up again after she was found walking nekid in the everglades, though she's done with him. The Carver turned out to be Dr. Costa, who ended up being born without a dick. His sister was the lady cop. They both fled to Spain...

 

Thanks Bastard! I found the official Nip Tuck board at FX and just finished reading all of it. I thought that there was something freaky about the wench that was investigating the case. Also thought that it was rather convenient for the other doctor, Quenton, to come on as a partner when Christian got all messed up by the carver. Then there was the face transplant thing that he freaked out during.



I might have to get the DVDs. I'm still curious about some of the other story lines and everybody is talking about the carver and doesn't seem to care about the rest of what was going on. I do hate that they are turning it into a soap though. The last couple of years you could get by with just watching and episode and not have to know what all had happened before that.
