Metro has lost his fuckin mind. What about the 4 years prior? Does he get a pass there as well? THe guy can't coach or recruit and Metro knows it. He is just saying shit like that to keep certain people in the AD off his back.

 

They're going which is more than Charlotte can say. X will likely get to the second weekend. I'm not defending the level this program has dropped to, but you've become blinded by so much hate for Lutz you can't even admit good wins when they get them.

Not saying it's impossible, but I don't see X getting to the second weekend this year. we beat them.

 

Good point. I wonder if X knew it had a a seed locked up and just held off the throttle towards the end because they lost some head scratching games, including us and Richmond at the end. Lots of higher seeds are losing in tournaments. Uconn, Pitt, Kansas, etc. I wonder if conf tourneys just don't mean as much to the big boys anymore?

 

Let me know when they get a good win and I'll be sure to compliment him.

All I'm saying is that calling any of those teams a good win is a testament to how far that program has dropped and you know it. They were your best wins, I'll give you that.

 

My favorite poster is EJ. He actually went on a drunken tirade about the officiating after the last loss. I was embarrassed for him.

 

Xavier was ranked when they beat them and is ranked. I'd call that a good win. So go ahead and compliment him... since I'm sure you do a good amount of that on this board. Dayton was ranked one week and has been in the ORV category which means they are a top 35 team. I'd say that is another good win. It's a win a few years ago we would have expected to get, but still a good win. The MSU one is only getting credit as that b/c it was over an SEC team at their place. If a BCS team beat them in Starksville, I don't think it gets listed as a good win.

Not my wins, I don't play. I do agree the program blows, you don't have to tell me, you need to tell those who obviously ignore it. I came in for the final years of CUSA, so I know how good we once were. Hell, I only made it to a few games this year, could have made more, but it just blows to sit there and know exactly what is going to happen and how it is going to end.

 

That guy is a fucking clown. What's more embarrassing is his jackass father who stands and screams obscenties at the officials the entire game with children sitting all around him. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

 

Again, I don't care if they were ranked. The polls are BS and you know it. Dayton is no good and X is a decent team at best. Neither is a good win. Just because they are the best wins of the season doesn't make them great or even good. Go bother someone else, I have no time for amateur hour.
