    it is absolutely my pleasure. i told HP earlier that the 49ers were my adopted team when i was living in charlotte and that starting the board -- at the urging of NA -- on charlotte.com (and the site) was one of my goals.

    it pained me to see it die. i tried to hold the pieces together when the software switch was forced upon us, but i let you guys leave for cusa-talk with my blessing. i couldn't in good conscience tell anyone that the format was going to get better, so ...

    here we are.

    it's like a reunion for me.


    i'm happy.
