Charlottes only lost 2 players, could be a great season. Is everyone healthly?

I've been having some gas problems lately. Other than that I feel pretty good. Thanks for asking.

watching soccer makes me want to rip my eyeballs out. the only reason i will go to any games this year is to get priority points for basketball games seating. that having been said, i do hope our soccer team kicks ass this year

If your soccer team is good, going to games can be a lot of fun. I went to damn near all of the games at UNC-G when I went there and we had a damn good time. You have to heckle, though. That's important.

Yeah, it was great back in the Kohlenstein days. We had some damn good players. One of the better road trips I ever took was to Columbia to watch our top 5 Niners kick #3 USC's ass.

Soccer isn't a TV friendly sport because you have to get the camera back so far from the action (and U.S. TV has no idea how to film it), and there aren't convenient breaks. But it is still my favorite sport to play. If you've only watched it and never played at a high level, you can't understand how fun and physically demanding it is.

I'm too fucking out of shape to play it worth a damn anymore, but I still enjoy embarassing myself with friends. Sucks when the brain says "do this, like this" and the body replies "riiiiiiiight. Maybe 10 years ago".

Eddie Biedenbach and a few others can confirm this too. Chisox can be ruthless and unmerciful.

The 49ers finished last season ranked 64th in the College Soccer Ratings about 400 points below the top rated team. In order for the 49ers to move up, many teams above them will have had to have lost impact players. Here is the link to the College Soccer Ratings website:

Teams can have dramatic improvements (or backslides) without adding or losing major parts.
