    More of your irrational thoughts. Seriously, what recourse did Barnett have? We both know he could have most likely beaten the crap out of the ref, but he knew better, and let the problem go through the proper channels. I don't feel like digging for any examples right now, but you're a huge hypocrite.

    Indeed. Barnett could have been injured, and would have been justified in attacking the ref. It reminds me somewhat of Orlando Brown shoving a ref after being hit in the eye with a penalty flag, although this was even more egregious because it was intentional.

    Thelt is dumb. Wow, I never knew.

    apparently, this ref is a jackass all the time. From the NFL.com story on the fine...The fine also covers a similar incident involving Quirk and Atlanta running back Jason Snelling on a kickoff return in a Dec. 16 game against Tampa Bay.
