    good idea, mags

    here's mine in order...

ARIZONA: did a good job of meeting needs. getting bryant was a solid pick. johnson has potential to be a stud. fisher can be a tackling machine from the outside spot. they replaced pittman with scobey. good job, cards.

SAN FRANCISCO: they scattered a ton of players out among the depth chart and really filled out their depth. even if rumph turns into a nickelback, he'll at least provide some challenge to the starters -- never a bad thing. rasheed is a nice pick, too. he's a rangy mo-fo. i dont understand using ANY picks on a kicker. ever. the rest of the group looks ike it'll need some good coaching to develop.

SEATTLE: stevens at 28? wtf? damn, trade down. same with morris. why are you drafting backup runningbacks that early? ditto with palepoi. he would have been available later because of his knee. it doesn't look good right now, but maybe holmgren knows something. this group will need a second look in 3 years.

ST. LOUIS: incredible drop-off after taking thomas. he was a great pick and could be the stud of the defense for years, but as for the rest of the guys...this isn't playstation, martz. they should have beefed up from the lines out. this was the year to do it. they'll be in trouble down the road.

The thing about Thomas is, why did they spend money on Duncan? Thomas is a Mike run stuffer, not a cover guy. Are they looking at Thomas as a weakside player????

OK, just looked up their depth chart. I didn't know they were so weak at linebacker.

I guess they will be playing Thomas outside.
