Looks conspicuously like the recipe for old-fashioned rice pudding.

    1/2 cup raisins
    2 cups scalded milk
    2 eggs, separated
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 1/4 cups cooked rice
    1/8 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg
Add the raisins to the hot milk and let stand for approx. 15 minutes. Add the salt and sugar to the egg yolks and beat until thick. Combine the hot milk, raisins, rice and cinnamon and cook in a double boiler until it has thickened. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff and then add to the mixure and chill. Try serving with sliced fruit.

This rice pudding recipe serves 6.

    ENJOY THIS FUCKING PUDDING!!!

Rice pudding is especially good while watching 'The Fight Club' on your Beta system.

    That recipe sounds scrumptious.

BTW, how do you "scald" milk; simply bring it to a boil?

Just bring milk in a pan to a simmer. When bubbles start to form around the sides it's officially been "scalded".:xyzthumbs

don't tea-bag the hot milk, or your bolt-bag will be scalded too. :xyzthumbs

All I know is you have to slightly scald milk to have good Cream of Wheat.
