    I believe Fox wanted X3 out in May of 06. Warner Brothers isn't going to wait and let him do X3 then Superman, it has to be the other way around and Fox isn't going to put X3 on the backburner. I suspect X3 will get a new director which sucks because I think Singer had a vision for the X movies. Hopefully he will have some input and the new director will keep the storylines moving.

    I've heard that Singer is out if he goes through with Superman. X3 will not be very good if he's not at the helm.

    I'm not going to make a judgement at this time. Harry Potter seemed to make a smooth transition with a new director so I see no reason why X-Men can't do the same. Good cast and a good storyline to follow, should make things easy for the new director. He just needs to discuss things with Singer or with the writers of the other two movies to make sure he sticks with the storyline.

    Superman Movie

    I'll post some more details later, but Lex Luthor will be played by Kevin Spacey. The premise is that Superman had been around for a while, and the people of Metropolis were starting to get pissed that they were always being attacked and felt they would be better without Superman. (Ungrateful fucks) Superman leaves for the fortress of solitude for 6 years, but comes back when the shit really hits the fan. I paraphrased

    The guy from Smallville is perfect. He is 27 years old, even though he looks 17 on Smallville. He is a little older that Christopher Reeve was when he did the first of his superman movies.

    I doubt that ther eis really a curse on superman actors....
