apparently the new strength and conditioning coach we have is doing a hell of a job. i forgot his name, but i think he came to us from Arizona. demon brown has improved is vertical by 6 inches, and apparently everyone on the team is breaking personal bests at an amazing pace. when i saw withers play in the jeff mcinnis summer league games, he looked a lot more bulked up. im sure the strength coach had soemthing to do with that. also, marcus bennett is up to 185 pounds now, i think he was at like 165 when he signed with us.

there is a buzz around the athletic dept about Preston Greene. he is doing wonders for all sports. the last guy ran the 49er spa and resort, and Preston is supposedly running every sport's ass off without the teams hating him, a tough thing to do. :)

This is even better news for the coming season than the fact the team has recruited this guy who likes to eat at Arby's, Old Hickory House, shop @ Target and anywhere else he's been spotted....for some reason I keep forgetting his name ???

As talented as these guys may be when they're recruited out of HS (or JC), they need someone (besides the Coach) to kick their asses and make them remember they can still get better.

we have an extremely talented team this year, if the players are all in the best shape of their lives like its been said that they are, we could be seeing a VERY dangerous team.
