    Bunky,

Go over to Hornets Report. com and go to page 69 (decinding order) from the beginning and look for the topic "City resigned to losing once-beloved Hornets!

Here is one of Harvey's comments

"If we don't understand about their troubles with Shinn and Wooly, then they just don't understand this. If you were a real sports city, it does not get to the point that it is in CLT. Loving my team(s) is not a switch I can throw. It is always on regardless of who they traded, had sex with, how many games they won or anything else. If that is being a fan to a fault, so be it. I am sure there are some like this in CLT, but not nearly as many as there are here. We have proven our merrit as a real sports city. Nothing and I mean nothing has stopped us from supporting our team. Sure there were some tough times attendance wise, but we bounce back. Quickly. Had we not been true to our team, attendance would have continually fallen until the point where we would have to start blaming the owner for the record, personel moves, etc. You know, the things fans say as the team packs for greener pastures. That is what happens when a city is capable of throwing the off switch. Blame someone else."

If you go by Harvey's reasoning, Then next season, Arena Announcer-And now here's your Louisville Hornets!

Here is another Harvey post under the same thread!

"Shinn may even go down to Bourbon ST and hook up with some strippers. We may end up hating his guts. But, we will support the team. We will keep the team. We will be happy to have them and look forward to every season no matter how bad the previous one might have been. That is what fans do. Charlotte was not ready for major league sports and have done a good job of proving it. There is no excuse good enough for not supporting a winning team. NONE! Real fans don't do that."

I love seeing Harvey choke on his own words!:D

Hopefully they get what they want on the Silas firing so that our #1 man Bob Johnson can make a phone call.

Silas ain't coming back to Charlotte. A friend of mine that knows this guy in Memphis that works for a record company told me that Johnson was gonna hire Larry Bird the first year.

Glad to see I'm still loved.;) I love the Hornets. I have been to every game (including the preseason game in Mississippi) except one. I will continue to follow this team. Win or lose. Am I upset or concerned with the colapse? You bet I am. It doesn't make me any less of a fan because I question the coach (or call for his head) or the effort of players. Unlike some of you, I'm for making a few trades. We're not married to any of these guys. I am a Baron Davis critic before the injuries. I have tough opinions. It doesn't effect my love for the team. I'll continue to attend the games, win, lose or draw. There isn't anything that could or would stop me as long as I live in New Orleans.

Congratulations on your new team CLT. God Bless and stay safe.
