New meds

    Drs. will prescribe as much as you'll take...the anxiety and depression pills
    are unsafe (in my opinion) You can begin an exercise and diet program that will help with the depression and weight loss. Go to your local Y and get involved in a safe exercise program. That was the advice given to me by my internist years ago...it worked for me then, BUT I need to listen to my own advice and get back to it.

    I've tried diet and regular exercise for over a year, and with little to show for it in the way of results. Being almost 100 lbs. overweight, my doctor and I agreed that the best course of action for me was to add antidepressants and therapy to my exercise regimen and diet. I actually have an appointment with a weight loss specialist in early September.
