    4 year starter as an outfielder and pitcher at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
    -1st team all conference as an outfielder in 2006.
    -1st team all conference as a pitcher in 2007.

    Drafted by the Minnesota Twins in 2007.
    -Mid-season all star in 2008 for low A Mid-west league. Promoted in High A.
    -Mid-season all star in 2009 for high A Florida State League. Promoted to AA.
    -played in Arizona Fall League after 2009 season. This is a winter ball league for the top prospects from each organization to participate in each year.
    -Missed most of 2010 season with elbow injury.
    -played all 2011 season at AA level.
