Does anyone subscribe to this? basically you rent DVD's for as long as you want. For 20 a month you can rent up to three at a time. Return them when you want. Media Play is where I saw it. Do you go there and pick them up as well as online where they mail thr DVD's to you w/ a return package. they pay the postage back and forth. The time of mailing the DVD's would hinder how many you could watch a month where as if you could drop them off and get them at a store it would be real handy and economical. Supposidely they have over 15,000 DVD's. ANyone know anymore?

So what do you do then? Just walk into the local Walmart, sign up and then grab three movies watch them and return there? I like the idea of returning them myself. Do they have a larg inventory such that more than one person can watch say Taxi Driver?

My roommate was a member for a while. She was getting movies in the mail all the time. I thought it would be cool except she has pretty shitty taste in movies. I figured a stripper would be more into porn and such. Hope this helps.

I used this service for about 4 mths. It is very good for people with families who have kids that watch a lot of movies. The 4 movies at a time deal is the best one.

I just don't rent enough movies to justify the cost though. For those that rent 4 or more a week its a decent deal though. The no late fees is quite cool.

The selection is awesome though and the turnaround is about 2 days. That ain't bad at all. You gotta like watching movies a lot though!

I think they should offer games but don't yet. That would make the value that much better.

Thats good, when I used Netflix the shit was coming from California and took 7-10 days for turnaround once I popped mine back in the mail to them. At that time they were also very slow on new releases. Has that improved?

I'm back on this and I'm staying on it. I am doing the 5 out at a time and I'm liking it a lot. I always have movies to watch for myself, and my kids. I can order one (takes 2 days from when I order it for it to be in my mailbox) and keep it for as long as I wish. Thats nice with kids movies - when they watch them over and over.

It costs me $29.95 but I was renting 2 to 3 movies a week at Blockbuster. Thats around $32 to $50 bucks a month (without mentioning late fees).

Its definately worth it if you are willing to upgrade a bit and you and/or your kids watch a lot of movies. The convenience alone makes it a good deal.
