Neal Cotts now a Cub...Prior not

    After non-tendering Mark Prior and letting him go to free agency the cubs re-signed Neal Cotts who will probably be on the big league club this year. He's been up and down, but many think this young pitcher will hit his stride and be a very valuable asset.
