    Amato's job is safe and sound now. Don't know if that is good or bad news for State fans.

    His job was safe before the game. If State woulda lost the remainder of the games this year, he'd still have a job next year.

    It's good news, because he's making the changes he needed to make. It's just too bad he didn't do it earlier.
