    State just wanted it more this game. I think UNC has better young talent on the field, but they didn't start the game with the same heart State had.

    Somewhat annoying that Hakeem Nicks was blatantly knocked down before the ball got to him on third down and there was no call, but I thought Butch put the nail in the coffin by calling timeout with 20 seconds left. That gave State time to catch its breath and adjust. Didn't like the fade call on 4th either.

    Ultimately we learned that State still hasn't had a QB since Rivers, and UNC will never get a run defense.
