    Yeah, and which mediocrity won the conference? Not those overhyped farmers from Raleigh. It's funny how mediocrity is a good year for NCS and a bad one for FSU. You beat them last year and still could do no better than 4th. NCS would dance in the streets if they could muster a conference title, much less a national title. It didn't take them 4 years to recover. 1999-2000 season was a national championship year and the next year they went to the championship game and lost to Oklahoma. The next two years were a 4 loss year and a 5 loss year. Those were down years in Tallahassee and normal in Raleigh.

    Look, I know State's overrated. I've been saying it all along. But you're gonna get a fight from me on whether they've 'got an ass-whippin' coming to them from FSU, and they haven't even played them yet. I'm guessing you thought that the last 2 years, too, especially last year, when they broke their losing streak against FSU.

    Exactly MMajor..........but dont think FSU has recovered.............................

    Bowdens success was with Amato's D and recruiting(simple stuff folks).............and its not going to happen over nite in Raleigh but with VATECH and UM in now....recruiting with them to NCSTATE is easier with the great ex-FSU coach/NCSU Grad @ the helm.....just keep any eye on this program! Chuckem is here to stay and lead this great institution just as Coach V did............kids and winning is their motivation!:cool:

    The fucking joke about 'farmers from Raleigh'. Hell I spent 5 years up there up to my ass in engineers and everyone thinks it's nothing but a cow college. Pisses me off.
