That is in there but no way can the NCAA force Maryland to go to a bowl during the same week as their exams. Thus, I believe something will be worked out but I guess we will just have to see.

Either way, I really think NCSU will end up somewhere. Fanbase is excited given how the season ended, have traveled well at times in the past especially when excited, and possibly either the ACC Player of the Year or runner up in Wilson would have to be attractive.

 

That's pretty easily solved by just having Maryland go to the Humanitarian or one of the other bowls, and having one of the remaining nine go to DC. I do think that N.C. State will end up in a bowl, though.

 

The thing is, as noted in the blog, the ACC and bowls control who goes where. Eh, it's strange all the way around. Should be interesting to watch over the next week.

 

NCAA ruled today: No NCSU in the ACC bowl games. Going to suck for the Washington bowl as NCSU would have been a much better team for them than what will be left.
