I love the game, but it disappoints me because it's too easy.

If I'm down by a touchdown with 10 seconds to go, all I have to do is throw the ball as deep as possible or to my deepest reciever, and if he's only covered by one or two corners (usually a corner and a safety) he will catch the ball EVERY time. Same thing in the opposite, all game all the computer has to do is throw the ball downfield as deep as possible, and it's almost impossible to keep the receiver from catching the ball. Occasionally I'll come up with an INT, but for the most part I don't, and it's almost impossible to defend.

Also, I don't like the fact that the receivers can't catch. I can create a guy that has his catch rating at 99, and he still drops passes. It's rediculous.

I'd rather do the dynasty instead of the race for the heisman. When I'm in the race, I tend to wanna give my guy instead of the rest of the team.

Good game, not great. EA has never really made a good football game.

Um you sorta conflicted your own argument with the whole recievers can't catch, but to win I throw the ball downfeld against two defenders and my guy still gets it, but anyways you may want to tinker with the AI settings. A few sites have been doing this on the internet and are posting their findings there. The nicest thing EA has done was made it easier to instert pre designed slider settings. If you'll notice now, at the bottom they have a code of numbers and letters that you can enter in and set it to however its been posted on the net. Rather than saying "Move this slider 3 spaces to the left, not this one 2 to the right, etc."
