    You boys are much too serious in here. I wouldn't be a Heel fan if I didn't pile on the cubpack.

    I wouldn't expect less from you boys come basketball season if the Heels don't win it all.

    UNC is fuckin terrible in football - which is a known fact. I'll give you boys that.

    This will be my last State thread. Good luck come basketball season. :naughty:

    Whoa there partner - you are the only one saying that the Heels are gonna win it all this year. I think that we'll be dramatically better and our starting five is as good as anyone. But we are 1 Felton sprained ankle or torn acl or 1 Sean May broken foot away from .500.

    Bottom line is we just don't have the depth to overcome an injury.

    True, true...

    But doesn't that go for every team in the nation?? Lose their best big man or starting PG and they are in trouble - right?

    Waloton missed significant time last year, and while he wasn't their best, Kansas lost their one of their best big man for a strecth long too, Boozer was out for 6 weeks or so a few years ago... Hell, when UNC won it all in in '82, Worthy missed most of teh seaon with a broken ankle.

    Bottom line is that you have to have depth - and we just don't.
