Granted O'brien played well but some of the receivers were so wide open he couldn't miss.

That throw and catch at ~2:00 is pretty sweet

    Nope,

Well, at least Chapel Hill has made it three years straight with a winning record. I think that's the first time that has happened since Brown was in charge. I guess cheating does have its benefits.

8-4 with a program on the rise (only losing 6 starting seniors) losing a 7 point game on the road against a team fighting for bowl position (and we will likely either get the 3rd or 4th position bowl in the ACC). Not exactly the fail. The fail would be needing to beat Duke to ensure a winning season while heading towards probation. Oh yeah, and losing four in a row to NCSU including a loss to Daniel Evans mixed in that streak.

Unfortunately, our two best CBs (Byrd and Smith) are out and Maryland just exploited the weakest part of our D (by far the weakest actually). That area should be much better next year with those two returning (and I believe Amerson goes to Safety) which will be good as we have to replace Nate Irving so no doubt we have a dropoff at LB (though Cole/Manning are still two dang good starters there).

Most points scored on WVU all year and their largest margin of defeat this year. Very nice!!!

It should have been around 35-7 if our wide receivers could catch a damn pass. How many wide open drops did State have ?
    Oh, and WVU's camouflage Uni's are god-awful.

Yeah, been a recurring theme this year with the WRs/TEs and drops. Wilson had a tremendous year but it could have been even bigger if WRs could have held on to easy passes.
