ok, i'm gonna let my colors fly, regarding the nc state football player here.

i've known him since he was a kid. he comes from a good family. i'm not going to disregard what he did. he'll pay for it, as he should.

but he is only 20 years old. he went out and got drunk on spring break and messed up. we've all been there. lets not act like our tightie-whities dont have any shit stains on them either.

i expect some criticism for my stance but fuck it. i hope he gets a second chance.

You are entitled to your opinion but lots of us have been drunk in college and NEVER assaulted anyone, especially a senior citizen. No excuses for this kids actions. He'll pay, which he should, and hopefully learn from the situation. Sounds like he may have an alcohol issue.

 

This wouldn't be a big deal at all if State fans weren't constantly bringing up Tar Heel players that do something wrong. They act like all of TOBy's kids are little angels and all of Butch's kids are taken straight from prison and given scholarships. Of course, they completely ignore the fact that most of these players were recruited by both schools in the first place. What a bunch of damn hypocrites.

When I said not a big deal, I meant is as in....it wouldn't be worth talking trash over if it weren't for all the hypocritical State fans talking trash about UNC players. I wasn't saying that what that dumb ass kid did wasn't a big deal. I hope that clears it up for you so you don't have to get all excited and call me mean names...numb nuts.

Reading some post on PackPride some people are saying that things didn't happen like they were reported. I know it is all hear say so hopefully with the police reports and eyewitness statements, some clarity can come from this incident.
