    The point was that Texas Tech finished the season ranked #20 in the country, yet no one considers them one of the top teams in the country, nor should they.

    How about the fact that Carolina has no real rivals in football because State can never muster up enough competition to make things interesting? :supergrin

    I know we disagree on a lot, but that was a pretty good one. Sorry about having to admit that Math!

    But I have to respond with, at least Duke can beat you at times.

    Thought UNC fans would like hearing this

    Eight of the 65 BCS-league schools aren't playing any BCS-league opponents or Notre Dame in non-conference play: Boston College, North Carolina State, Northwestern, Oklahoma State, Oregon State, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and Wisconsin.

    It's not for lack of trying. The series with UT has been nixed, and they picked up the Gamecocks. They've had several series lined up with plenty of BCS teams, but they all started falling apart when all the conference expansions kicked in.
