    Shit, I don't feel bad at all about Carolina's loss. We should have won, but we didn't - big deal. I wasn't expecting a bowl game before the season given that we were starting a new QB and again faced perhaps the toughest schedule in the nation, and although I definitely wish the Tar Heels would have taken advantage of their opportunities and beaten Maryland, I still feel like it has been a successful season (although obviously not if we lose to Duke).

    So Carolina played one of the toughest schedules in the nation while N.C. State played one of the easiest, and they might end up with the same record. Doesn't sound that bad to me.

    State commits only 1 turnover and only 6 penalties. I'd rather take a beat down like that than give away the game otherwise.
