Thanks to Va. Tech and Louisville changing conferences, we had to take them off the non-conference schedule and were only left with a couple of cupcakes early on:

    2005 NC State Football Schedule
Sept. 3 Virginia Tech-----------beat 'em in '04, will come ready to play W
    Sept. 10 @ Temple-------------one of Temple's 5 ACC games this season W
Sept. 17 Eastern Kentucky----- Toney Baker could go crazy in this one W
Sept. 24 North Carolina---------we get revenge at home runnning the ball W
Oct. 6 (Thurs) @ Georgia Tech--we always suck in Atlanta, i hate GT L
Oct. 13 (Thurs) Clemson--------NC State loves home Thursday games W
Oct. 22 @ Wake Forest---------Later in season, will be more focused W
Oct. 29 Southern Mississippi-----we win because of home crowd W
Nov. 5 @ Florida State----------not enough firepower to win at Doak again L
Nov. 12 @ Boston College-------tough place to play, will be coooooold L
Nov. 26 Maryland---------------defense plays strong again, win close one W

:roflmao: that little place isnt going to bother SM one bit. Thats probably the smallest place they play all year.

yeah, So. Miss is used to hostile environments like ECU, South Florida, Memphis and TCU. Wow, those sure sound tough. State may only seat 60,000 but we are loud as fuck, ever been?

I've been to many other stadiums as well: Clemson, Chapel Hill, Blacksburg, bowl games in Atlanta and Jacksonville. Not sayin NCSU is the loudest, but for the # of fans we have there we are pretty fuckin loud and So. Miss is not gonna like it.

oh yea, Fed Ex is enclosed, where States is open on both ends...does that have anything to do with it? I would figure Fed Ex would be louder, but it actually wasn't that loud.
