The other 11 guys on this roster have worked hard since day 1. Here a player made a mistake. Granted a somewhat serious one, but a mistake nonetheless. If he murdered, raped, assaulted, robbed, kidnapped or drove down the highway stumbling drunk I would say yeah he should be gone. However the police never actually saw Curtis driving drunk, they are working off one eyewitness who claims to have seen him driving at night in a parking lot, hit one car, back up and hit another, then leave the scene with some friends in another car. How much of this happened is unknown. To me it's unfair to punish a team of 11 guys for something that may/may not have been done. Just My 2 Cents.

 

this story has had more legs than anything positive the 49ers have done in 5 years. So our point is valid. We can beat every top 10 team in America and all I am gonna read about, and hear on 610, is about the ACC. Oh, but someone gets a DWI and its the lead fucking story on news6.

How do you know this metro? Last time I checked you haven't played ever top 10 team let alone beat them, so why even bring that point up as in trying to act like it would be fact if it did happen. No matter how you look at it or think Charlotte is just that great, plain and simple they have just not done enough to be recognized on a consistant basis. I mean hell the Panthers just went to the Superbowl and the entire trip there and even now they don't get the recognition they should. I am just glad your team and coach don't whine as much as you and the rest of the whiner nation do.
