NBA Draft

Hornet's draft on the whole ranks a meh on paper.
The Nigerian kid in the second round sounds promising, but everyone other Miller sound like duds.
To me, and I've been more wrong than right, I don't see any starters that were drafted.
If you can't find someone to knock these starters off their game then it's going to be another long season.
If I'm lucky then Bally will still have their league agreement and I still won't be able to watch them.
I just don't know how much I could stomach watching knowing that Rozier, Bouknight, Kia Jones, Maledon, Oubre and PJ Washington were still on the team. Damn they are a horrible team.

 

These two "experts" don't sound all that enthused with Miller.

 

Leaky Black signed to post draft deal

 

Leaky Black was terrible the 8 years played for the Tarheels.

 

I wouldn't say terrible but offensively limited.

 

I can't imagine him taking up a NBA roster spot.

 

Old Depaul coach Joey Meyer passed away @ 74. Saw this bio and had no idea that the NBA had this many draft rounds at one time.

"Joey Meyer played for his father, Ray, for three seasons from 1968-1971, averaging 16.4 points in 75 games for DePaul. The guard was selected by the Buffalo Braves in the 18th round of the 1971 NBA Draft, but never appeared in a game in the league."
