but he knew he'd be, at best, a mediocre pro so he figured with another year of college ball, he could at least advance to the slightly-above-average level. He figured wrong. do they still have a CBA? that would accomodate his skill level, I'd think. Maybe a second tier league in Turkey or greece.

The things pro scouts look for didn't change from his Sophmore to Senior year. Don't think he hurt himself one bit, just lost out on two years of a paycheck. I hated watching him in college, because his style is whiter than my nutsack and ugly as sin, but the kid can ball, and I think he could be a starter in time. Not an allstar, but a player that doesn't make you want to vomit when you see him on the court like a lot of players in the NBA. Well, except for his bball style.

ACC Players and where they are projected to go in the draft
    • G. Henderson Duke 13 to Charlotte
    • J. Teague Wake 19 to Atlanta
    • T.Hansbrough UNC 20 to Utah
    • T. Lawson UNC 22 to Dallas
    • T. Douglas FSU 26 to Chicago

Hansbrough and Lawson's projected destination makes sense as Jason Kidd is a FA and Jerry Sloan loves players like Hansbrough. Ben Gordon is a FA so the Douglas selection looks feasible

I wouldn't take Jeff Teague over Ty Lawson unless Teague was playing against Duke every game. That guy is terribly inconsistent and isn't nearly the pure point that Lawson is imo. He can flat out score though.

You forgot James Johnson at 11.

I hope the Bobbers don't waste the pick on Henderson. The sad part is he may be the best available when they pick though.

I wouldn't view it as a wasted pick, like you said he'll likely have the most talent available at our pick. Plus he fills a huge need.
