NBA Board Taken off Charlotte.com

With all of the racist BS that has been posted on there since Bob Johnson was awarded the team, someone finally got around to shutting down the entire board . . I wonder how much longer CLT.com are going to leave those boards up unmoderated until they say 'screw it' and shut the whole thing down?

The wrong end of the food chain was hanging out there.Sports talk needs to get back to talking about the players ,issus and the games with some fun sprinkled in.The nba.com was a sham of a site .I've said it before...some fans shop in the boys deptartment others in the mens dept.........i agree at least have a site where you can engage in some good talk and exchange ideas with some solid debateinstead of that racist crap.....amen

Kinda kicking myself in the pants for not going out to the 'Welcome Bob Johnson to CLT Party!!!' at the Convention Center yesterday . . . . I talked myself out of going because I thought it was mostly going to be the politcal & social bigwigs hanging out there. I seen that a lot of ordinary joes showed up there as well . . . Perhaps I've could've introduce Mr. Johnson to TBR thinking about it now !!!!!

I was very happy to see that NBA forum deleted because it gave visitors from other places a distorted view of Charlotte and gave the anti arena people, all nine of them, a place to continue venting long after it should have come to an end. They are in total dissaray there now, LOL!
