    the normal cause for this is the blood flow to the stomach and intestines is diverted to your legs and that causes stomach cramping and nausea. Dehydration and overheating can also cause nausea.

    yikes. do you really have to go that far? cant you just go to the zone and then slow down? that has got to be bad for ya...

    see, this might be what i am doing wrong. i have never gone that far! could be why i am only losing very little...ever so slowly like molasses
