    No, it is as long as they are receving an athletic scholarship. Should they play four years (5/redshirt) anything after that would not be paid by the University. The NCAA is saying that the yearly scholarship covers the school year from the first day of class through exams, not the end of the sports season. (Not sure how that would cover for baseball players, since conference and NCAA tournaments are long after school ends.)

    so they use the self imposed penalties.. Roy didnt really get caught doing anything under the table...
    So now its all water under the bridge.. as someone said ..UNC will be watched a little closer...
    Other universities will start cleaning up their respective programs ..

    No Harm no foul... seems like nothing was intentional..

    From the penalties in other programs it makes you wonder if the biggest fuck up was in the compliance office at Kansas. Did they say it was fine by NCAA rules?
