    Rockola Cafe on Albemarle Rd. There was another one near Tyvola (I think) off I-77. They are both gone. They had some great food. There is one in Hickory off I-40 and we go there every now and then on the way to the mountains.

    Talarico's in Goldsboro....owned and operated by Marco Talarico of Bensonhurst/Brooklyn. He made some of the best Italian food I have ever eaten.

    It was off Woodlawn. I didn't realize it had closed, which tells you how often we went there. Used to go all the time to the one in Raleigh off Avent Ferry.

    The old McDonalds on Reynolda Rd. in Winston - Salem. When they rebuilt it next door it just wasn't the same.
