    buckaroo bonzai is a 'get it' or 'wtf' movie.

    a guy who loves it here at my office said the first time he saw it, he hated it. his dad bought it for him in a bargain bin vhs sale and he watched it again and loved it.

    i know. i left off some mighty good flicks from my list.

    i tried this years ago. it was so difficult for me back then that i had divided my list into the top 10 genres -- and i even had sub-categories.

    this list does not compute. it looks more like your last 20 rentals. you've got some really divergent tastes.

    i give you lots of credit for a list that includes 12 angry men, mononoke and super troopers. but then you've got all the first-date movies. and vanilla sky.

    Leaving Las Vegas is my favorite movie, the other 19 are movies I can watch over and over again.

    Say what you will about the other movies, but PDL is not a first date movie. I left off Chasing Amy, that probably should have been in there over something.

    I also worked at Blockbuster for 3 years.
