    I never seen nothing wrong with "Cougars" to start with. I think Carolina Cougars is a good name compared to the others and it was a good name for a team years ago that had plenty of fan support.

    I still say FUNK CITY BALLERZ would be a good name (in a nod to George Clinton, Kannapolis native and founder of Parliment/Funkadelic) . . . Hey Batgrafix, could you come up with a possible logo for the BALLERZ :) ? ? ? Clinton, Bootsy Collins, & the rest of the P-Funk crew would play UP FOR THE DOWN STROKE during player introductions to stoke up the crowd . . . That would rock big time :banana: :banana: !!!!!
