It sounds like a pinched nerve - possibly an RSI type injury - possibly caused by your computer / mouse habits. Stretch it out every couple of minutes - and when you do - lift your arm so that the base of your hand is outward - (sitting straight ahead, lift your arm to the side) and turn it as you do. This opens out the nerves and releases it a bit.

See - you don't need no fancy, smansy therapist...you got us now :uhoh2:.

I had that years ago. Went to the Dr. he said Burcitis (sp) Gave me some pills. They didn't seem to help but it went away after a LONG time.
I would try a massage therapist myself. They can FEEL whats wrong if they are good.

when i took a shower today, i put my arm up over my head and when i tried to put it down, it felt like all these ropes or bands were all twisted in my arm that is my shoulder, the pain was excruciating. i felt like if i could unwind my arm everything would go back right and feel good.

i thought it was feeling better till i did that.

Could be "Cold feet syndrome"...or "Pre-planned performance excuse anxiety"

You prolly need to see a pediatrician.
