my evening with Dave Matthews....

    ...the band, and 20,000 of my closest friends.

    Some observations in no particular order:

    -Boyd wore a long sleeve shirt and was playing like he just realized that he loves to play. He was a joy to watch.

    -Dave's crazy leg dance alone is worth the price of admission

    -"The Stone" breaks my heart every time I hear it, but I love to watch Dave's hands every time he plays it.

    -Saw "Crush" for the third time-- all those people singing every word is a beautiful thing

    -The BEST performance of "All Along the Watchtower" I've EVER seen--if you don't move to that song, you don't have a pulse.

    -"True Reflections" is a much better song with the Lovely Ladies

    -Assholes are everywhere--some dumbass threw a hunting knife onto the stage.

    -"The Song that Jane Likes" my first time seeing it in concert was amazing.

    -Dave only changed guitars 5 times (I counted :))

    -Dave needs some time off- his voice cracked a couple times, and other times it almost wasn't there at all. the man works too hard.

    -I still think Dave Matthews is hot

    -I should have gotten drunk

    Would you girlz allow me to take you to a DMB concert sometime. I have never seen him live. It would be my pleasure I'm sure.

    I know a guy who put the hardwood floor down in Dave's new house. You may touch me now, LOL

    should i pack warm clothes or chilly weather clothes?
